Description A project of the New Mexico Teen Pregnancy Coalition. Corroborates with other teen parent and school-to-work programs in order to target young fathers. The goal is to improve parenting skills, educational levels, employment capabilities, and social stability. The program strives to increase father involvement, and support, reduce repeat pregnancies, support peer education of young males, support training and technical assistance, and develop an infrastructure for male involvement in a network of the young males and their families. Services include education and vocational support, guidance, parenting skills, life skills, sexuality and contraceptive education, and peer education training.
