Description WIA serves youth ages 14-21 in the Central Region of New Mexico. It is a comprehensive youth program that provides the ten elements under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Work experience and supportive services are among the most common elements. All participants must be eligible for the program according to the requirements of WIA: income and identification of a barrier.
